Love Haiku #3

11
I couldn’t quit you.
Magnetism of moments.
But one too many

12
Love’s war: I chose lust.
Illicit passion triumphs
Soft ebbs into guilt

13
Black magic kisses
Bring less than heavenly thoughts
No need for armour

14
Whirlpool, whirlwind kiss
Bound me in her spell, charm-tied
Till death released me

15
Started with a kiss.
So far, so good, I thought then
Hit the ground at speed

  1. I enjoy being able to read the story , laid out in haiku, and then go back and read the haiku… truly captivating presentation all the way around
