An Ode to Pluto (poem)

A teeny-tiny ball of rock
Three billion miles away
Sorry that it took so long
For us to come and play

Our feelings have been somewhat mixed
We felt so far apart.
But now we’ve finally stopped by,
You’ve shown us all your heart

                  1. Ha HA! Yes, absolutely. I know my sister loves it, but I couldn’t make out who was who. I don’t think my brain is wired for fantasy/ science fiction as I just don’t get it! πŸ™

                    1. It’s not for everyone… I remember watching the final episode of the first series of GoT and saying to my wife, “you know what I love about this fantasy show – it’s all about people, with no silly special effects or monsters or anything”… in the next scene dragons turned up πŸ™‚

                    2. Ha HA! That sounds about right! It is hugely popular though. My nephew and brother took part in the Mongol Rally a couple of years ago. some of the obscure countries they passed through, pointed at my nephew and said ‘Joffrey’ as he is the spitting image of him. πŸ™‚
